Dr. Arthur treated me in the emergency room at ascension providence in Rochester. I’ve been to a couple other emergency rooms before and only had negative experiences, so I was shocked when I had such a fantastic experience with Dr. Arthur. She was extremely kind, attentive, caring, and helpful. Wish there were more doctors like her!
