Dr. Longs resumed treating me for major depression in May, 2017. Given his personal relationship with my father (Dr. Don J. Tynes) he often has to engage with me outside of his office. I've met with him at my father's events on Wayne State Medical Campus in Detroit. During the Spring of 2009 he was gracious enough to host me in his home in Bloomfield Township where we engaged in psychotherapy daily for one week. He also provided therapy to my sister Lenye after she experienced a psychotic break in September, 2022, helped counsel my sister Meri after she attempted suicide in 2017, and met with my brother Micchael in his (Dr. Long's) office in Southfield during Michael's senior year of high school. Curtis continues to provided my family and I with telehealth therapy phone calls, and in-person intervention as needed. Thank you, Dr. Longs for all that you do to help my family and me!
