Patient Reviews
Mar 23, 2022
Due to afib (irregular heartbeat), I asked for a referral to cardiac care. Dr. Morrison was simply super -- easy to understand - and he explained the problem and some possible solutions. UM Columbia wanted to do a more drastic measure = shock the heart into what they hoped would be a normal rhythm. Perhaps Dr. Morrison will go that way in the future but for now he is taking a more conservative approach. "Let me get some tests done and we'll see" was his approach...I like that idea. He is obviously not going to jump to the first possible solution but will consider what is best for the patient. He's a doctor who explains things and listens to the patient --- sort of uncommon these days.
