Your excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind, and ability to connect makes a difference. You have always been one who goes beyond and make referral when you find something out of balance. Your willingness to get involved and provide us with documentation for issues related to VA, TRICARE and DEERS has been greatly appreciated. Your staff is friendly and professional, and we have never had to wait long for appointments. In those situations where we have concerns about our health you and your staff have been a phone call away, thank you. The front office personnel are excellent, we have come to know them well, and developed a close relationship with Lesile, as well as others, without their help, and certainly Lesile’s help, some of medical documentation issues would have caused us to stress out. Saying thank you does not seem like enough.
