My wife was a patient of Dr. Frazier when she practiced in Arkansas and she delivered our fourth child. My wife still misses Dr. Frazier and the wonderful care she provided to her and our daughter. Dr. Frazier is knowledgeable, professional and extremely caring and was personally interested in my wife. Rare at this time in healthcare.
