I went for a follow up visit with my PCP @ Orlando Family Physician now INNOVACARE. My PCP left the practice without notifying me. I was 'assigned' to Dr. Cynthia Ruiz Cortes. This is not how things work, since I have to notify my HMO and choose another PCP. Despite their mistakes, Dr. Ruiz Cortes seems knowledgeable and sincere. I am one of those, like a previous doctor once called, that distrust the medical system. But, I will go again to visit this doctor as long she is available for open conversations regarding my medical care.
