Dr Smith is an excellent doctor. He has treated my lumbar back pain for five plus years. I have full confidence in his abilities and decisions concerning my chronic pain problems. I have recommended two friends to his practice. They are very pleased with the results. I hope he never leaves this practice for another gig. Thank you Dr Dallas Smith.
