I live in Wheeling and had an Axonics neuromodulator implanted by Dr. Hoffman in Washington PA in March 2023. Dr. Hoffman was friendly and very thoroughly explained the procedure. It's been a little over a year and I'm very happy with the results but I have not seen Dr. Hoffman since the procedure - not once in any follow up after the surgery - it's always been the PA (who was friendly and did a great job) but he recently left and because I also have chronic UTI's, it's been difficult getting office staff to return calls to get the results of my labs and to prescribe the appropriate antibiotic. As anyone who has suffered from the pain of a UTI knows, treatment sooner rather than later is important. Unfortunately Dr. Hoffman's staff's response time has been less than stellar.
