Dr. Udrea is very professional, explains everything in layman's terms, and listens to what my daughter and I have to say. He asks age-appropriate questions, and does not force pills on you. His office has therapists on-site that communicate with him...they are great! the front office staff is very friendly on the phone, and they follow up quickly if you call with a question or concern
