Try to call ahead of time to tell her that I needed clearance to have a medical test of course I couldn't get through with the phones I tried calling in the evening when nobody's there to leave a message as it said leave a message and as soon as I started it clicks off. She took me right away try to give a list of my other complaints and she says I don't have time for this I only have 15 minutes scheduled for you and I have to do this clearance. I told her I tried to call in advance to tell her I need medical clearance and I couldn't get through with the phones. She said we have a lot of problems with the phones and when I first made my appointment way back in April or May the same situation. While I was waiting to check out I went to use the lavatory very small when I turned around open containers of urine sitting on the back of the toilet. This is the doctor's office not a store we should be able to get through to leave messages
