No one likes going to the emergency room, but I was so happy that I had Dr. McDermott taking care of me. He is an excellent listener and asked a lot of great questions about my situation. He is compassionate and caring and made me feel at ease. He's very knowledgeable and astute clinically. Can't praise his level of care highly enough.
