Patient Reviews
Sep 03, 2024
Prior to my craniotomy I consulted with 4 of the top neurosurgery practices in the area, and ultimately decided to have my procedure performed with Dr. Orringer at NYU. What really sets Dr. Orringer apart was the compassion he has for his patients, and the way in which his office collaborates to make everything simple. They understood the urgency and helped us move quickly - We had our consult on a Tuesday, and I was in the OR the following week (big shoutout to Terri Russell, NP as well for all of her help coordinating our visits!).In the end, my procedure was very successful and Dr. Orringer was able to achieve a total resection of my tumor. He checked in on me every day of my recovery in the ICU. Having my surgery at NYU was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Put simply, Dr. Orringer saved my life. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family.
