I had the most pleasant experience I have ever had in a dentist office. The atmosphere was extremely serene and pleasant. I was served within five minutes. The front desk clerks, nurses, & assistants were very helpful and kind. Then the surgeon came in and engaged in conversation to make sure I was comfortable. He took his time explaining every single step he would take to extract my tooth. He explained all the things that could go wrong and what he would do to rectify them. He explained all that I needed to do after the procedure and every prescription he would give me. He said the procedure could take a while because of my age. Then he started the procedure. He let me know each time he stuck me, but I didn't even feel the needle. Without exaggeration, my tooth was out in two minutes! The assistant reviewed the home directions and prescriptions again and gave me an after-hours number to call if I encountered any problems. I highly recommend this oral surgeon and his staff!
