I would definitely recommend Dr. Bryan and his office team. The front desk staff is wonderfully friendly and kind. Dr. Bryan and the nurses with whom I've met have been friendly. The office operates very efficiently. Every appointment I attended has been on time and completed in ten minutes. There are pros and cons to this. As one who values her time, I very much appreciate this efficiency. I also felt that Dr. Bryan listened to my concerns and provided sage assistance. The cons are that on the pendulum of customer care, it sides more towards treating me as a number. If Dr. Bryan would just spend an extra 20 seconds at the beginning of the appointment and 20 seconds at the end stopping to sit at eye level with me, making eye contact and inquiring how I am or if I have questions, it would make a world of difference (instead of doing this on the go). That begin said, I am extremely satisfied with the medical care I received and highly recommend Dr. Bryan.
