Dr. Lai has been my daughter’s neurologist treating her multiple sclerosis. Throughout the years, he has been very upfront and transparent with us. My daughter was diagnosed in her junior year of high school. Many neurologists later, who were cold and absolutely without empathy, we lucked out with Dr. Lai. As the disease has progressed, as it will, he has always expressed his advice as to what is within his realm of expertise and continues to monitor her though she now needs advanced care. We have referrals and continue the journey but grateful to have his counsel. Office management has always been kind and will call if there is a cancellation and needs to be seen.
