Dr Daniel Galyon MD Johnson City NY 13790 Wilson Hospital Head Neurosurgeon saved my life when Dr Daniel Galyon performed a same day within two hours emergency cranial surgery with the removal of the entire left side of head skull bone and removal of as much as medical safe possible of the over 1 1/4 inch thickening thick blood clot continuing to formulate somewhat impacted on the left-side of my brain. I was in a comatose state of mind and body from a nearly fatal car accident September 26, 1998. The car accident was later determined to not be my fault. On November 12, 1998 Dr Daniel Galyon performed the 2nd emergency cranial surgery for continue survival mode brain functions and protection of a 4" x 4" x 2 1/16" carioplasty plait with 38-gauge carioplasty plait and remaining skull head bone attachment wiring as a replacement of left-side skull bone with protection of left side of brain and remaining residue blood clot spot earlobe shape approximation of 12 to 13 cm raised approximate 1/8 cm.
