Dr. Gauthier delivered my 10 week premature baby on August 27, 2000. I was thrilled to have him since he did my amniocentesis. My 3 lb 1oz baby came out hollering and breathing just fine. She stayed in ICU for five weeks only because of her low weight, but five weeks later was sent home with me. I used an apnea monitor just for safety purposes until we hit her due date. It's been 16 years. My daughter is incredibly intelligent and always in advanced classes.
