He arrived on time, was detail oriented, focused and friendly. Provided thorough examination and good explanation regarding his diagnoses, also discussed treatment plans. Feels like talking to a trusted family member who truly cares about you. Comforting presence. I wish all doctors would provide the high level or care I received from Dr. Hernandez.
