After many years of chronic left shoulder pain I met Dr Cepela, a young soft spoken gentleman. After review of symptoms and X-rays he recommended total shoulder replacement. So on March 6 I had a reverse total shoulder replacement. The chronic pain is gone. Today after completing physical therapy, I can now tie my apron! Thank you, Dr Cepela! I will recommend you and AFOC for orthopedic issues. Susan Donohue
