I was extremely fortunate to have Dr. Hein as the attending physician in the emergency room at William Newton Hospital. I was seen promptly, evaluated, sent for a ct scan and diagnosed within a relatively short time. He explained things in a direct way that was easy to understand. After he made sure I understood the gravity of the situation he arranged direct transport to Via Christi. He kept trying to arrange a room for me until successful; even though he was put on hold at times. I truly appreciate his dedication and persistence in doing what was best for me. A thousand thanks!
