Dr. Hendricks I want to apologize for the post I wrote awhile back. I am sorry that I said any thing negative about you, because you were good to me, it was me that messed up by not taking my kidney failure serious.Dr.Hendricks from the bottom of my heart I am sorry for what I done, ask your forgiveness. Dr. Hendricks I have been told that I either do dialysis or die, sir I don't to die so I am asking to allow me to return to your facility and resume dialysis, it won't be for long because I do pd now, but caught a infection and currently in the hospital. I just need a place to do dialysis until I can resume pd. I am begging and pleading for you not to let me die. Please sir forgive my ignorance, I am sorry for what I have done.
