Patient Reviews
Apr 28, 2023
Excellent experience! Dr. Karns was very nice, very personable, very caring, very patient, very professional, very knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain what was causing my knee pain per the x-rays, and he listened to my explanation of what brought it on. He gave me a cortisone injection in my knee, which I didn’t even feel! It has helped immensely. He also gave me a printout of knee exercises to do at home, plus he encouraged me to gradually get back to my daily workout. Cindy the x-ray technician was wonderful and very nice, and Dr. Karns’ secretary, Flo, was very nice, patient, and also awesome! I would highly recommend Dr. Karns to anyone I know!

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
