I and my family were very impressed with Dr Ketterer’s direct and honest manner. He is very focused and proactive in treating my rare and stubborn infection. But he also is very personable and made me feel comfortable to voice my concerns and answer my questions. The office staff were courteous and professional. The facility is spacious and clean. The exam room was well organized and stocked. I would most definitely recommend seeing Dr.Ketterer if you are in need of an infectious disease specialist.
