He explained my injury and showed me the pics. ( torn misplaced bicep and disconnected sub scapula) or something like that. Then How it probably happened. Then explained what he was going to do. He did the work . after much pain, time, and and physiotherapy My shoulder is better than ever! super strong years later its perfect , other than a cool scar. I have now managed to separate my ac stage 3 in my other shoulder and I hope he will fix me again as I need to be 100%
