Patient Reviews
Jan 29, 2025
Appointment was for 4:00; got there at 4:00. Sat in waiting room for approximately 10minutes, no problem as it was late in day. Took me into room and I waited, and waited, and waited. Finally around 4:50 I poked head out and asked if I was forgotten about. Was told Dr Maurer will be with me soon. Finally at 5:15 I got up to leave and asked who do I see to reschedule. Nicole was at desk and offered to do my steroid shot. She wasn’t at desk first time I poked head out. It was explained to me that they have new people in office and it was thought I HAD to see Dr Maurer exclusively even though I have been going to this office many years and Nicole usually gives me my shots. Got an apology but waiting 1 hour 15 minutes for an appointment is absolutely ridiculous!

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
