Seriously professional, but with a very nice personal touch. Listened, explained things perfectly. Talked options and really made me feel like I was the only person he was going to see. I know it’s a busy office, but that was exceptional. Huge kudos to the front desk also. Very patient and kind. Extremely friendly and professional. Again, personable folks make a huge difference when you are not feeling that great.
