I was hesitant meeting with a specialist since I have a tendency to not be heard as an African American woman. I got a referral to Dr. Milton and was able to recently attend my appointment. I waited two hours. He came in and apologized and left back out, I appreciated the apology and acknowledgement. He was able to come in officially and talk with me. Asked me more about my symptomatic history and suggested treatment while still giving me an option to choose. Though a short appointment, I can tell he is dedicated to seeing me get better, and he walked me out to checkout. Very polite even through his frantic day. Front desk was kind and patient. There are a lot of patients in a day, so I'm not surprised by long wait times. Lovely seating area and the hospital room was visually clean. I look forward to seeing how my treatments go.
