I met Dr. Mirau during a visit to DownEast Medical Center. He was the emergency room physician, and was impressed from the start. He was knowledgeable, plain spoken, understanding, and patient while I asked questions and expressed concerns. I felt that his actions and decisions were very thorough and well supported. I hope I don't need another visit to the ER, but if I do, I hope he's the one on duty!
