I was seen by a resident before Dr Munley saw me. I had a 10 minute appt for a follow up on a hematoma. This resident was very nice and respectful but he treated me as if I was coming in for a first time visit. He asked me tons of questions about how I was feeling that had nothing to do with the visit. (If I wasn't feeling well I would have brought it up myself.) I have minor balance issues and he seemed to be trying to find a cause for it. I had already been through all of this with Dr Munley. In retrospect, all of his questions made me feel that he thought that since I am {PHI removed} years old that I'm not capable of communicating anything that might be wrong with me. He also told me that blood pressure pills could only cause dizziness if my blood pressure was low. Dr Abdo and Dr Munley had previously told me different. By the time he was done I was pretty annoyed. When Dr Munley came in he was his usual self, reviewed the situation and responded appropriately. I never feel any disrespect from him. He is all around great. Again, the resident was very respectful and nice, but I would not like to go through that again.
