Very unprofessional never listened emailed other patients on pc while with me and made several mistakes on my chart one that iam a addict two that I smoked three packs of cigarettes a day and quit using alternative taboco one saying I take metformin shots for several year one that iam vitamin d defecent and refuses to correct it still not done and I need hip replacement and they won’t do it cause he put addict I have never been a addict and in the my chart said he does not want to continue the conversation period or answer any medical questions unless iam in a vist
