Dr Rifkin is kind and patient. The time waiting for him is worth it. My daughter has asthma that is abnormal and he has been very helpful getting it under control as best that we can. We went to 4 different pulmonologists before switching to his office when she was 3. So glad we did, we have been with him for 12 years and we sure hope he doesn't retire anytime soon.
