Had to go in to the emergency department with a dislocated shoulder. It was a very busy Saturday night, took a long time to get in to see doctor. However, once I got in to see Dr Stein, he was very patient, great bedside manner, didn’t seem rushed at all, but got to treatment promptly. My impression was calm and capable, in the middle of the night in a busy, stressful department.
