Dr. Lu, NP Neshama, Joy, and the rest of the team in his office are all so kind, well-informed, professional, and caring. Dr. Lu and his team are truly outstanding. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was blown away with the care, compassion, and thoroughness of the entire team.
