I was diagnosed with breast cancer and interviewed two breast surgeons. Upon the conclusion of my meeting with Dr. Bertoni I knew she was who I wanted on my team. She spent over an hour with me discussing the procedure, what to expect and recommendations on next steps. She addressed all my concerns prior to leaving her office. She has a very calming demeanour where you completely trust her once you’ve finished talking. I was confident she was the surgeon I wanted to operate. Surgery went well, my pathology results came back with clean margins and no cancer in the Lympho nodes. She is a brilliant surgeon that I will be eternally grateful for and would highly recommend.
