Dr Schwartz was on very busy operations and procedures schedule this day @ Tampa General Hospital OR. She came for my pre Op assessment and to answer my questions, of which I had several. Pleasant demeanor and reassuring answers. Despite busy scheduling, she made sure I understood her answers before going on to next question or instruction. Dr Schwartz should definitely be a coach for other doctors, RNs, and staff who interact with anxious patients. No, I'm not a relative of hers, just an appreciative patient.
