Dr. Cheng and his partner in saving grace Dr. Justin Knebel along with their staff are exceptional human beings. They are all so professional and kind and work together like a tight knit family! I wish the Sacramento VA wasn’t so far away from us because I would love to have my stepdad (24 yr retired Marine) seen and cared for by these Doctors, RN, and staff indefinitely. Thank You good Men and Ladies! God Bless You All...
