Kelly is very friendly upon greeting her patients. She is always prepared when I am there. She addresses any concerns before the cleaning as well as during and after my appointment. She makes me feel relaxed because she engages in pleasant conversation. I like that she talks about dental care, the positive updates in dentistry and dental health impacting overall health. Kelly displays excellent professionalism as a member of Dr. Gennaoui's office. Knowing that she likes her career as a dental hygienist makes me want to continue receiving dental cleanings and care from her. This professionalism also applies to receiving excellent dentistry care from Dr. Gennaoui. Dr. Gennaoui has a wonderful, pleasing and very kind personality for a dentist. He always greets his patients with enjoyable conversation. His professionalism is outstanding because he sits, listens, and has eye contact with me regarding dental care. He is very respectable when speaking with his staff, so important!
