I was young, nervous about becoming a mom for the first time, and had already had a bad experience with another OB doc when I transferred to Dr. Lickness 34 years ago. His kindness, enthusiasm for the exciting event of bringing a new person into the world and medical skill were so reassuring. My first time delivery was a bit scary for me (I didn’t have a network of women to learn from) so I appreciated his reassuring care. I still remember his kind compliments to my newborn on our first post-delivery visit. Is it too late to write a review? Of course not! My daughter is now a beautiful young women, a kind person who is hard-working and thoughtful of others, a PhD scientist developing new therapies. I credit Dr. Lickness with giving us both such a supportive start on the adventure of bringing a wonderful new person into the world.
