Dr Mock takes the time to help you with your medical issues. If she thinks a patient needs a specialist, she will refer you without any problems - not a lot of docs inside kaiser are willing to do that. I always feel heard in my concerns and feel like she comes up with a good plan of action on how to proceed. Also schedules phone apts when necessary.
