Dr. Kumar was the 2nd doctor I found when I moved to Washington. I fell inlove with his bedside manner. He always listened to me. I referred my daughter and son-in-law to him. They lived him too. We honestly felt like he was family. He got to know us, called us by name and supported our needs & concerns. I very much miss him. No one can tell us what happened or where he is practicing. If anyone finds out where he is, please let me know.
