Dr. Klotz and his team are extremely professional and operate on time unlike many other medical groups. He is a great listener and was empathetic to my concerns. The entire process from securing the pre-certification from my insurance to the surgical procedure was completed quickly and efficiently. He not only offered hope for a rare medical condition, his advanced medical training restored by voice! Thank you Dr. Klotz!
