What a tremendously nice person. Dr. Shaff is beyond exceptional. He is a true gem in the medical field. His kindness and compassion is evident from the moment you meet him. He took the time to listen, console, and explain with empathy and compassion.I hope he reads this and feels how he made me feel. He is a true blessing and I am incredibly grateful for him, his reassuring demeanor and how it helped ease my anxiety and worry.
