Very thorough. Alot of repetition because we had previously see her NP and Dr. Weir wanted all the jnfo. Not a problem. Problem is getting ahold of ANYONE in her office to get medical note or blood test results. Called 4x and no response. Need help to contact her/office.. It's been over a month no communication.
