I have not lived in Maine since 2008 but while I was there, Dr. Hallbert was my physician, when he was in Belfast and then Bangor. I found him to be well-informed and thorough. I worked my entire adult life in the field of Medicine and am extremely picky in my choice of physicians. His staff was warm and friendly, and when the office forgot to mail a needed prescription, he returned my call on a weekend, and then drove the prescription to the pharmacy himself.
