I like the dentists and assistants in this office, they are caring and knowledgeable and very competent at their jobs. However, there could be improvement with the front office staff, I'm sure they are nice, I've had decent interactions but as the first impression of a business their customer service with a smile and acknowledgement is key and often I don't see it in them. I always arrive feeling awkward because I have to say hi first and initiate instead of them, welcoming and asking how they can help. Other than that, like I said, the dentists and other staff are amazing and that is why I continue to visit!
