Patient Reviews
Sep 29, 2024
We highly recommend Dr David Reed! Back in March my wife began a new chapter in our lives, dealing with sudden, serious vision compromising issues we needed to find some hope. We were fortunate enough to be referred to OCB and began our long and traumatic journey with another doctor, Dr Mark Dacey. When faced with a second retina detachment and the need to find an immediate opening to operate, my wife specifically asked for Dr. David Reed. We were very fortunate that he had an opening and since then has become the beacon of hope for my wife to regain some normalcy with her vision. I will be forever grateful for his compassion, the genuine care he demonstrates as he takes the time to listen to her all concerns and expertise. Whether he knows it or not, he has helped both of us through this traumatic new chapter in our lives, treating us as whole people - not just eyes.

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
