Patient Reviews
Aug 09, 2022
As a patient of Dr. Rubin for over thirty years, I credit him with my good health. Testing and diagnosis and treatment are accurate. He explains conditions well and is friendly. If he has a visit that is rushed then that is due to an emergency and that is understandable. His staff is outstanding.
