Dr. Chen is a remarkable doctor. I am from Peoria. I had problems they couldn’t address, so I went to the Cleveland Clinic-the hospital that is supposed to be the great future. My appointment was changed to a different doctor, who dismissed me. A Second Look with Dr. Chen, saved my life. He looked at my records and said “Your tethered cord needs repaired.” As a paraplegic, I trust him with my life.
