Dr.Cogan is the nicest and friendliest Doctor I have ever met. He is knowledgeable and friendly. And really listens to his patients with compassion and care. I would recommend him to anyone. I think he might be the best Doctor in all of Northeast Ohio. He really cares and tries to work with you to improve your overall health and treatment.
