I had been referred to Dr. Conrad by my primary care physician and this was the first time I met him. He greeted my warmly and made me feel at home. I needed his help as I have ear wax build up. He explained the procedure he was going to use and was very gentle, checking in to be sure I was okay. He successfully extracted all the ear wax from both of my ears with no pain and no dizziness. He also recommended home treatment to try to prevent ear wax build up moving forward. I also asked Dr. Conrad for his advise on how to keep my nostrils clear without picking out the snot as I had done that caused bleeding. He checked my nose and there was nothing wrong with it (no sore or damage) and he recommended saline solution and gel for home use. I really appreciate Dr. Conrad as he is smart and skilled clinically and also has a warm and knd manner.
